ABSTRACT
Objective By comparing the fatigue strength of type A and type B locking compression plates (LCP) in distal femoral plate, a theoretical evaluation method was provided for type selection of bone plate when testing its bending strength and fatigue performance. Methods Through bending strength performance test and fatigue performance test on bone plates with different types, combined with ANSYS Workbench, the finite element analysis on total deformation, von Mises stress and fatigue service life of bone plates were conducted. Results The fatigue strength of type A plate was 30.7% higher than that of type B plate, the stress of type A plate was lower than that of type B plate, and the minimum fatigue service life of type A plate was 17% higher than that of type B plate. Conclusions The fatigue performance of type A plate is better than that of type B plate, so the failure possibility of type A plate was lower than that of type B plate.The results provide references for assisting selection of different bone plates when testing the performance of two newly developed bone plates.

In order to help the IVD medical equipment manufacturers to establish the service life of products scientifically, we analyze the main factors that may affect the service life of IVD medical equipment in accordance with the guiding principles for technical review of active medical devices issued by the center of medical device evaluation of NMPA, and focuse on an evaluation method of accelerated fatigue test, in order to standardize and guide the IVD medical equipment manufacturers to evaluate and formulate the product service life scientifically.

In this study, through the analysis of the composition of domestic large radioactive medical equipment PET/CT and the characteristics of each subsystem, combing the vulnerable spots, according to the standard requirements of PET/CT for 10 years in its service life, we research the PET/CT service life's effectiveness. Firstly, this study introduces the concept of service life, the relationship between service life and risk analysis, the pivotal system composition of PET/CT, the importance of reliability of each component, the traditional test method to verify its reliability is researched. This study suggests a test procedure and method to prove the reliability of various components of PET/CT equipment during the service life. This method is described in detail, and the specific test process in practical engineering application is discussed, which proves that it is beneficial to ensure the effectiveness of PET/CT during the service life.

La atención a la primera infancia comienza antes de que el bebé haya nacido. En una etapa prenatal, cuanto más seguros, tranquilos y atendidos se sientan las madres y sus parejas, mejor será el proceso de parto, el postparto, la bienvenida y el desarrollo del futuro bebé. El tipo de servicio presentado atiende de una forma integral a la persona, teniendo en cuenta sus necesidades físicas, psicológicas, sociales y educativas. Este artículo aborda la evaluación de la atención profesional recibida en una casa de nacimientos, donde padres y madres deciden dar a luz a su bebé. Son centros de salud de calidad fuera del entorno hospitalario. Así mismo, se ahonda en la figura profesional de las doulas, especialistas formadas que acompañan a la mujer en el periodo primal (gestación, periodo perinatal y primer año de vida del bebé). Para ello, a partir de un registro descriptivo, se ha realizado un análisis de las respuestas de parejas atendidas (n=11) a un cuestionario previamente elaborado, además de realizar un estudio documental. Los resultados recogidos apuntan a la necesidad de diversificar y ofrecer centros de calidad alternativos que ofrezcan así mismo pautas de crianza durante el embarazo y después del parto, así como la necesidad de contar con un acompañamiento profesional durante todo este proceso.
The care to early childhood begins before the baby is born. At a prenatal phase the more care the couples feel, the better birthing process, care after childbirth and development of the baby. This service attends integrally to the person, considering the physical, psychological, social and educational needs. This article analyses the evaluation of professional attention in a health and educational centre by parents who want to give birth in quality centres outside the hospital. It also delves into the professional figure of the doula. To obtain this, from a descriptive record, it has been done the analysis of responses of couples (from a previous questioner) as a documentary analysis. The results suggest the need to diversify and extend to the alternative quality services affording parenting guidelines during pregnancy and after childbirth as offering career support during the whole process.

Objective This study aimed to estimate the impact of the threshold of Autocapture algorithm on the pacemaker's service life.Methods Seventy-four patients implanted with VVI pacemaker were retrospectively evaluated.Among them,48 were implanted with pacemaker of autocapture function.Diagnostic data were retrieved from device memory.Pacemaker's service life was estimated according to the working flow and voltage.Results (1) The average working voltage of the control group and the observation group was (2.8 ± 0.4) V and (1.1 ± 0.4)V respectively.The difference was statistically significant;(2) The battery life in the observation group was (12.59 ± 0.55) a,significantly longer than that in the control group (6.74 ± 1.12) a,with an 86.8％ increase of the device's estimated service life (P＜0.05).Conclusion The Autocapture function results in a significant service life of cardiac pacemaker and represents valuable clinical technology.
